Paul Stankard
From L. H. Selman Ltd.

Legendary artist Paul Stankard inspired a whole generation of glassworkers when he began to draw inspiration for his work directly from nature. By conveying a love of wildflowers in his work, Stankard strikes a chord in all of us. This pioneer of the contemporary glass movement is renowned for the facsinating personal mythology included in his paperweights. Stankard records the anatomy of plants with uncanny accuracy.
