These plaques, generally 3" by 5" by 1", were thought originally to be made by the artists at
the American glass facility called Mt. Washington. Recent investigations indicate
that they were actually made in Russia. A few have been found with Russian
inscriptions or names engraved into the surface. Little is known as to the
factory or glass artists that produced these extrodinary works. L.H. Selman Ltd.
